BALLOT
PETITIONS
Here’s how you can help.
If just 10 people gather 10 signatures, that is an easy 100 total signatures. Any number of signatures helps, and if you think you can gather even just a few, you can help us reach our goal. A few simple things to keep in mind:
We must have all packets back by Monday at 9am.
You can meet up with us to turn in your packet by reaching out to us at connect@peace4shore.com. We’ll come to you!
Once signatures are collected, you must have the packet notarized. You can have it notarized for free at your bank or local library.

What are ballot petitions?
In New Jersey, for Congressional candidates to get on the ballot, they need a minimum of 500 signatures. But, the New Jersey Division of Elections can invalidate certain signatures for various reasons, so we are aiming for a minimum of 750 signatures.
Who can sign?
Individuals can only sign Rachel’s petition if:
They live in Congressional District 4
They are registered to vote as a Democrat or are unaffiliated
They have not signed any other District 4 Congressional Candidate’s petition
